Overview of the Fellowship Program

Since December 2005, MedVal and PharmaWrite have offered a 1-year, postdoctoral fellowship in the medical education and communication industry. The program has a collaborative partnership with IPhO where the fellow will have the option to gain exposure to various industry and professional development opportunities.

The fellow will share his/her time between MedVal/PharmaWrite and IPhO.

Fellowship Program Goals

The primary goal of the program is to provide a foundation for a career in medical communications through training and exposure to various aspects of the industry, including publication planning and educational and promotional programs. In addition, through collaboration with IPhO, the fellow can gain exposure to networking and leadership opportunities for pharmacists in industry.
